Healthy Eating for Beautiful Skin.

Strict diets often harm the skin more than their complete absence. Constant stress from an unsatisfied desire to eat something tasty will only add extra wrinkles. But it's important to know moderation! It's better to get extra calories at the beginning of the day so that you can get rid of them during the day, and unhealthy food can be supplemented with a generous portion of healthy vegetables.

The key to proper full-fledged nutrition is variety and balance. Your daily recipes should include fish, liver, dairy products, and raw vegetables. Protein starvation will negatively affect the condition of nails and hair. Avoid diets that completely exclude fat consumption. Almonds, olive oil, and fish are a prevention of early skin aging. A lack of vitamin A leads to dryness, flaking, and early wrinkles. Due to a lack of vitamin C, the skin loses elasticity, and swelling appears.

Fiber-rich foods improve digestion and help normalize metabolism, but too many raw vegetables can lead to stomach upset, so it's better to start with small portions.

Citrus fruits, cherries, carrots, and nuts contain many antioxidants – substances that protect the body from infections. Be sure to include these products in children's menu, then your child will not only be protected from colds but also will not face the most unpleasant skin problem of adolescence. Vitamin E helps cope with various skin defects, and its lack leads to rashes of pimples and skin eruptions.

Our body is 70% water, so dehydration greatly affects the condition of the skin. A person should drink more than a liter of water per day, but not at one time, but throughout the day. Carbonated drinks or coffee are not a full replacement for pure water, and their consumption should be limited to one or two cups per day. Caffeine, which is contained not only in coffee but also in black and green tea, is a diuretic, i.e., it promotes rapid fluid removal from the body. An hour before bedtime, it is better to refrain from drinking liquids to avoid swelling and bags under the eyes.
