An Important Component of a Refined Meal

An Important Component of a Refined Meal

Among elite products, only cheeses can boast such a variety of varieties

Today, some of the most exquisite cheese varieties are well-known cheeses that have preserved traditional methods of production. These include Dutch Edam, one of the best-selling English Cheddar, Italian 'kings' of cheese – Parmesan and Gorgonzola. Widely known are the piquant, particularly tender French Munster and Roquefort, Swiss Gruyère, and many other varieties made using unique technologies.

It should be noted that the traditional method of cheese making is widely used in the modern production of this delicacy. The main components in cheese making are dairy products and various starter cultures, which is why product certification guaranteeing quality is considered mandatory. After all, the labor-intensive and lengthy cheese production process consists of a series of technological operations, strict adherence to which ensures high quality of the product.

Currently, cheese production is not only profitable but also prestigious, as this product is becoming increasingly popular. Cheese is in demand both on the menu of an expensive elite restaurant and in any school cafeteria. And despite the fact that the palm of primacy in the production of elite varieties still belongs to France, Ukrainian cheeses are very popular with consumers, as they have a hygienic certificate that ensures the appropriate quality of the product. The certificate specifies the results of epidemiological examinations, studies, and provides toxicological and hygienic assessments of the cheese.

Since cheese is a complete nutritious product ready for consumption, it is preferred not only by gourmets but also by people who carefully monitor their health and for whom balanced nutrition is not empty words but a way of life. Moreover, it is very difficult to imagine a festive table with an expensive vintage wine without serving it with an elite, most tender, transparent cheese.
