The application must be filled out correctly, as even the slightest inaccuracies may result in a refusal to register the changes. Attached to the application must be a sheet with information about the person who has the right to act on behalf of the legal entity without a power of attorney, as well as a sheet with information about the applicant.
The applicant when changing the CEO of an LLC can only be the person holding that position. Not only the old but also the new CEO of the enterprise can apply to the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service (IFTS) for registration of changes. In practice, the new director takes on the responsibilities. Registration of changes will be carried out only upon verification of the authenticity of the applicant's signature.
For this reason, the CEO provides not only a passport but also a whole package of documents. It includes: certificates of assignment of TIN, OGRN, certificates of previously made changes to the founding documents, the decision to establish the LLC, the current Charter of the Company, the order appointing the CEO of the enterprise, as well as an extract from the USRLE.
