What is the 'Duracell Rally Turbo Series'?
'Duracell Rally Turbo Series' is a race among radio-controlled cars, the control units of which, as well as the cars themselves, are equipped with powerful Duracell Turbo batteries.
'Duracell Rally Turbo Series' is a test of endurance for Duracell Turbo batteries. They will demonstrate the stunning capabilities of the Duracell family during the races.
As in real rallies, the competitions will be held in stages. The race tracks will be located in large shopping and entertainment centers in several cities of Ukraine: Odessa, Lviv, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkov, and Kiev. The competitions in each city are a separate stage charged with powerful positive energy.
The final stage of the competition is the Grand Final, which will take place in Kiev on December 17, 2011.
'Duracell Rally Turbo Series' increases power
For the first time, the large-scale all-Ukrainian Duracell Rally races among radio-controlled cars took place in 2010. Continuing a good tradition, in 2011 Duracell invites everyone to a new stage of the 'Duracell Rally Turbo Series' races, where there will be even more excitement and sports competition, because now up to three young pilots can compete simultaneously on the track. The races will use a fundamentally new class of Mini Z cars and special Japanese racing tracks with microchips that automatically calculate the result of each car by time down to fractions of a second.

Duracell social initiative
The Duracell brand actively supports car model sports competitions that develop the sports potential of Ukraine. Last year, Duracell gave a holiday to hundreds of children across Ukraine, for the first time organizing large-scale all-Ukrainian radio-controlled car races 'Duracell Rally 10x Power'.
Together with the Kiev club 'Modelist', the Duracell brand organized open car model sports competitions on August 13-14, 2011: with the support of the Duracell brand, an off-road track was repaired and a modern area with ramps and obstacles for competitions was prepared. This colorful holiday was long remembered by Kiev residents and guests of the capital!
