In pursuit of eco-friendliness and low cost

Wooden houses attract with their eco-friendliness and price

First, this is frame technology, which stands out for its durability and eco-friendliness. It allows significantly accelerating the construction of warm, environmentally safe houses. And the materials used (for example, OSB panels) are significantly more economical than brick construction.

Another modern technology that can significantly reduce construction costs is the use of timber. The most common option – solid timber – is manufactured in factory conditions from a log by sawing off four edges. And its modern modification – solid profiled timber – differs only in that the ordinary timber is given a certain standard shape (profile). But the most high-quality are houses made of laminated veneer lumber. The use of laminated profiled timber, although it increases construction costs, allows getting rid of the problems of deformation and shrinkage of the building, characteristic of ordinary wooden construction.

Also, in the construction of country houses, laminated or rounded logs are used. The low thermal conductivity of these building materials, as well as the lightness of the structures built from them, significantly reduces the cost of finished housing. And their eco-friendliness attracts an increasing number of potential investors.
