As the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry notes, the call center will facilitate rapid response by the foreign policy department and diplomatic institutions of Ukraine to unpredictable situations that may arise for Ukrainian citizens in other states.
In the call center, which operates around the clock, you can get free consultations on procedures and rules for obtaining visas for travel abroad, consular and legal issues, specifics of staying in other countries, prevention of human trafficking, and emergency events. In addition, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is considering the possibility of providing additional services for mobile subscribers, in particular, sending SMS messages with contact information of Ukrainian consulates in the subscriber's country of residence and the aforementioned call center when switching to roaming, as well as introducing a single abbreviated number for the call center for all Ukrainian mobile operators.
