The exhibition consists of several sections and is not limited to a discussion of kashrut alone. 700 exhibits from 74 countries present the entire history of culinary art from the dawn of civilization to the present day. The display clearly explains the meat of which animals and birds, as well as which fish, are considered kosher and which are not, reports Deutsche Welle.
Walking through the exhibition, visitors discover that the traditions and customs of different peoples, cultures and religions are closely connected. For example, bread, salt and fish can be found in any cuisine. The difference lies in cooking methods, food compatibility, and the dishes in which food is served.
