You can boil water for tea and fry meat on an electric stove

Well, those travelers who for some reason still prefer to spend their vacation in their home country, but at the same time save money, are looking at various recreation centers. The main thing is to decide what kind of vacation you need: active or passive, in the forest, mountains or by the sea; in a noisy company or with family. Sometimes such centers are located near famous sanatoriums.
But more often, visitors to recreation centers are either sports enthusiasts (diving, skiing, etc.) or extremely thrifty citizens. In pursuit of cheapness, they may well do without a shower and centralized hot water supply (at best, there will be gas water heaters or boilers). But if on the sea a storage water heater is justified and not too demanding to use, then in the forest or on a mountain top its use is very problematic.
Another drawback of many recreation centers is the lack or not very high quality, plus unjustified high cost of organized meals. But many see a positive side in this: by refusing to cook, they easily get by with hastily made sandwiches. If a properly brought-up organism still requires hot food, then an electric stove can be used to prepare food – often it is available in the room or house, or from the base staff. Moreover, you will most likely not be charged for its use.
If you can somehow do without an electric stove, then an immersion heater is a must, especially in the morning when your soul asks for a cup of coffee. And since the immersion heater is compact and light, it is worth taking with you on any trip, regardless of the comfort level of the hotel you are going to stay in. And you will not have to go down to a cafe or turn on the stove every time you want coffee or tea.
