Healthy sleep has a beneficial effect on well-being
The absence of dreams can also be caused by various ailments, both physical and mental. But this is not common, so most people still plunge into the mysterious world of dreams every night.
It is worth noting that when a person continuously dreams throughout the night, it sometimes adversely affects their well-being in the morning. Upon waking, a person feels tired because the brain has not rested properly, and this is associated with poor health, which can manifest as drowsiness, lethargy, apathy, and other symptoms.
Dreams are very diverse, sometimes so amazing that one could not even imagine them in reality. Some scientists have managed to divide dreams into several types, each differing in content and semantic load.
So, for example, dreams can be completely empty and useless, even absurd – all sorts of nonsense can appear in a dream, so that when you wake up and remember your dream, it becomes funny. Most of our dreams are a reflection of past events from the previous day or some time ago. And this is natural, because in sleep we subconsciously 'replay' in the brain what happened, or rather the brain does it itself during sleep, without the participation of the conscious mind. And if you have such a dream, you should not even look into dream interpretation book, because such dreams are empty and mean nothing.
Undoubtedly, prophetic dreams are of the greatest interest, perhaps, to every person, but it must be immediately noted that recognizing them is very, very difficult. Sometimes we mistake meaningless dreams for prophetic ones, or vice versa – we do not pay attention to a prophetic dream, not considering it as such. By the way, prophetic dreams are not experienced by everyone, so you should not think that every strange dream that occurs often is prophetic.
But still, some dreams, even non-prophetic ones, can be deciphered, that is, to understand their meaning and significance, and faithful helpers in this for many centuries and even millennia are dream books. Currently, there are a large number of them, for example, Miller's dream book, Nostradamus's, Vanga's, Freud's, and others. Each of the presented dream books has its own features, and among such diversity, everyone can find a dream book to their liking, one that is understandable and interesting, and most importantly, useful.
But you should not get too carried away with dream books and completely trust them, because you need to live in reality, not in dreams.
