Reasons for refusing an immigrant a residence permit

A non-resident of Ukraine may be denied the right to reside if:

– he suffers from chronic addictions (drug addiction, substance abuse, alcoholism).
– the person, when filling out the application and other documents necessary for obtaining the right to reside, provided knowingly false information and data, or used forged documents.
