Ryanair refuses to accept tickets from intermediaries
The airline also has no way of informing such passengers about schedule changes. Furthermore, according to Ryanair, when tickets are bought through such websites, passengers pay not only the fare itself but also a commission to the third-party site. As reported by Travel.ru, Ryanair intends to refuse boarding to all passengers with such tickets starting from August 11.

About a year ago, Ryanair officially stopped selling tickets through any websites other than its own. According to competitors from the airline EasyJet, all these steps are driven by Ryanair's reluctance to lose revenue from selling ancillary products – insurance, hotel bookings, and car rentals – alongside tickets on its own website. EasyJet itself allows other websites to book its tickets but charges an additional €7,5 as compensation for lost profit.

British consumer magazine Which? expressed outrage at Ryanair's innovations. In its view, the airline has shown disregard for passengers' interests, for whom this will lead to disrupted trips and holidays when they are confronted at the airport with the cancellation of their tickets.
