Industrial Equipment: Vacuum Packaging Machines

Today's current equipment catalog allows you to select unique equipment. In both cases, the packaging method involves creating a vacuum inside the bag, which serves as the product packaging, and performing sealing.

Features of Models

To make it easy to adapt the parameters of the packaging machine to user requirements, we offer four equipment models with different packaging chamber sizes.

In packaging machines, thanks to the use of vacuum pumps with performance adapted to the size of the packaging chamber, a short product packaging cycle time is achieved. The use of a microprocessor controller allows automatic control of the device's operation, and individual phases of the packaging cycle are performed according to parameters set in the packaging machine's controller memory.

What distinguishes packaging machines: durable stainless steel construction; easy-to-read pressure gauge; detection of the moment when the required vacuum level in the packaging chamber is reached; limits cavities caused by drying of packaged products.

The design of packaging machines allows for an inscription on the welding line indicating the product packaging date, product expiration date, manufacturer name, and so on. For this, packaging machines are equipped with a set of fonts and a double-sided sealing strip, allowing welding with an information inscription or performing standard welding.

Application Area of Equipment

Typical areas of application: packaging of food products in stores, wholesale stores, catering, production and processing enterprises of the food industry, and even packaging of medical devices. Packaging of electronic components and components, as well as a wide range of other products such as: inkjet printer cartridges, document files, banknotes, and so on.

Packaging machines can be used to reduce volume and protect from external conditions. They are very useful for packaging chemical products (except flammable, chemically aggressive, and hazardous products).
