With the approach of the warm season and the holiday season, the number of movements across the country and abroad increases significantly. This is due to preparations for the upcoming vacation, as summer is the holiday season. And the closer we get to the peak of the resort season, the harder it will be to buy plane tickets in the desired direction. Therefore, many book seats on the necessary mode of transport to their destination and back in advance, that is, right now.
From June to September, it is not so easy to leave various resort centers. That is why most travel companies worry in advance about how their clients will get home after the end of their vacation. In many respects, by the way, such tension with tickets is caused precisely by the work of such companies, although the reason is not only them.
After new rules for purchasing train tickets were introduced in a number of post-Soviet countries, the hands of resellers and speculators were untied. Previously, to buy train tickets, you had to have a passport with you, but now this rule is no longer in effect. Accordingly, if before the introduction of the regulation a group trip was arranged with full responsibility and entry of the necessary information into the database, now the customer just needs to indicate the number of tickets purchased for a particular train.
The only exception is made for the category of passengers with benefits. They are required to present a document confirming their right to discounted travel. For example, if it is a full-time student, they present a student ID. So now numerous resellers of train tickets are not constrained, and ordinary passengers at the height of the season cannot get home. But many know that an hour before departure, all reservations are canceled and seats are sold again. Therefore, in case of extreme necessity, you can try your luck at the station just before the train departs for home.
Plane tickets are a different matter. The purchasing scheme here is completely different. Since air transport is used by people of middle income and above, additional opportunities are provided for them. In particular, it is not at all necessary to stand in line at the ticket office. Today it is entirely possible to order plane tickets without leaving home. The purchase process is carried out directly over the Internet. There are enough companies that provide such services with subsequent delivery of tickets to your home, or issuing them just before the flight.
Such an order is made using a special form that is filled out online. It specifies all necessary data, desired departure time and destination. The system itself selects the appropriate flight for the customer, taking into account all the client's wishes. However, in some cases, this procedure may cost a little more, but time is saved. And those who find it psychologically difficult to stand in line can do without it. There are even cases where ordering plane tickets over the Internet was cheaper than buying them at the ticket office. This is especially common during various seasonal or holiday discounts.
