Migration – like frames of an old photo film
As a result, the population of our state is steadily declining, and the problems caused by the demographic crisis, like frames of a photo film, pass in a long sequence through almost all aspects of social life.
In the problem of our citizens leaving abroad, there are many aspects that are not only unresolved but even untouched. One of them is the phenomenon of so-called quiet migration, which is practically not accounted for by official statistics. Thus, many people, although they go abroad, do not plan to lose their citizenship at all, de facto starting to live in two countries.
Many simply do not want to completely sever ties with their homeland, while for others it is just a convenient way to earn money and maintain relations with relatives. Some migrants initially go abroad on a work or student visa, which can for years indicate that this person will be counted by statistics as a citizen of our country.
This is precisely what explains the fact that, according to official statistics, not so many people leave our state each year as actually do. Moreover, if you compare data across countries and then request information from the receiving side, a completely different photo film emerges: many more of our compatriots enter other countries than leave our country.
In this regard, it is hardly possible to consider the information about several tens of thousands of migrants reliable, since in fact, not even hundreds of thousands, but millions of people leave our country every year. The catastrophic situation with the outflow of people from our state is simply embellished by an equally massive influx of migrants from Central Asia and China.
However, if the best leave us, those who come are far from being intellectuals and intelligentsia, often unable even to write properly, let alone know the Russian language.
