Hundreds of people make purchases using this scheme: they drive around all the stores in the city, consult with acquaintances on where to get a higher quality product, and cheaper. And driving around the city back and forth, in turn, greatly calls into question the profitability of this whole process.
In an online store, things are usually cheaper than in a regular one. This is explained by the fact that the owner of such a store does not need retail space that must be paid for, nor does he need a large number of employees who also need to be paid. Maintaining it requires only a few people. And for goods – a regular warehouse, which does not necessarily have to be on the "red line" (a busy and highly visible part of the street). And often no warehouse is required – deliveries go directly from the manufacturer to the buyer.
There are more than enough ways to pay for a purchase in online stores. You can pay for an order by bank card, using an electronic wallet, you can receive the goods by cash on delivery, or pay in cash to the courier who delivered the goods if courier delivery is chosen.
Of course, there are nuances in everything: choosing the right product is not always easy. For example, on a page where a buyer can see all the refrigerators offered by an online store, they can see their dimensions and characteristics. But these are "dry" numbers and just photographs. When buying appliances in an online store, it is difficult to touch them, test them for durability, functionality, examine them carefully inside and out. In general, there is always a risk.
