The appearance of an LED lamp is the same as that of an ordinary light bulb. The design consists of a bulb and a metal-plastic base. The light source is a diode connected to a driver – a voltage converter that protects the lamp from voltage surges.
Heat dissipation from the LED and power supply is carried out by a radiator, due to which the bulb does not heat up. Uniform dispersion of rays is ensured by a diffuser. The power of the bulb depends on the number of LEDs.

color temperature – with a wide range of light emission, the choice of an LED lamp is made according to one's own taste and preferences;
voltage – in apartments, lamps with a voltage of 220 V are installed;
type of lamp – attention is paid to the shape and design features. For main lighting, LED lamps are chosen, and for additional lighting, spotlights and LED strips are selected.
Advantages of modern lamps
Compared to incandescent lamps, LED lamps have many advantages. The main one is low power consumption – 9 times less than ordinary lamps. Moreover, they provide bright lighting.
Minimal heating of the lamp reduces the possibility of burns when touched by a child – the diffuser hardly heats up, only the base gets hot. It is also worth noting environmental friendliness – unlike fluorescent lamps, they do not contain substances harmful to human health.
The lamp turns on instantly. Repeated switching on and off does not affect performance. Resistance to mechanical stress and vibration expands the scope of use of the lamp.
A variety of light shades – warm, cool, neutral – allow you to choose light for any interior. The service life is almost 50 times longer than that of an ordinary bulb and averages more than 100 thousand hours.
Purchasing an LED lamp will save electricity and complement the interior of the apartment. But when buying, pay attention to quality; remember that cheap lamps are often sold with defects. Therefore, purchase products only from well-known manufacturers.
