For the production of these products, the plant is equipped with a foundry, stamping, forging and pressing, tooling, assembly, as well as metal-cutting, metalworking shops, a product quality control department, and testing complexes.
All products have an international quality certificate ISO 9001:2008 and are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of quality management for the production and repair of military equipment, compliance with the technical characteristics of the order. Since the mid-twentieth century, JSC Sarapul Electric Generator Plant has been producing centrifugal pumps, generators for both direct and alternating current for aviation, and explosion-proof electric motors.
In addition, the plant produces many products for household use:
• devices for banks (counting banknotes and packaging them); for detecting defects in banknotes and securities;
• electrode boilers for heating water;
• welding machines;
• various furniture fittings;
• equipment for measuring thermal energy consumption.
With each decade, the list of products manufactured by the Sarapul Electric Generator Plant expands. Currently, the association produces various electric trolleys for transporting goods both inside the workshop and on the territory of the entire enterprise, battery charging devices, asynchronous electric motors of the AIML type. The latter are manufactured specifically for explosive operations in the oil, chemical, and gas industries.
In addition, the plant produces dough mixing machines for food production and catering establishments. These machines make yeast and shortcrust pastry for bakery and confectionery products. For the automotive industry, the plant produces electric fans for radiators, electric power steering for VAZ, Oka, and IZH cars. It also produces three-phase generators for independent power sources, various types of pumps designed for car washing, and performing certain jobs in chemically aggressive environments.
