When subscribing to the service, subscribers receive a discount on roaming services in Ukraine (on the MTS-Ukraine network), Belarus (MTS-Belarus), Uzbekistan (MTS-Uzbekistan), Turkmenistan (MTS-Turkmenistan), Armenia (MTS-Armenia), as well as on the networks of operators of all other CIS countries and Georgia.
All incoming calls, all outgoing calls to Russia and within the country of stay cost 25 rubles, calls to other countries – 92 rubles, SMS – 7 rubles. To subscribe to the 'Near Abroad' service, you need to send an SMS with the text 4515 to number 111 or dial *111*4515# from your phone.
The subscription fee is 90 rubles including VAT. The service is permanent, no monthly fee is charged. 'Near Abroad' is provided to subscribers who have MTS numbers on all tariff plans with the 'International and National Roaming' service activated.
