A flood of refugees from African and Asian countries is pouring into Germany
It is hard to imagine that such bungling occurs in a country as rationally governed as Germany: long before moving, German authorities demand a better knowledge of the language from a future honest worker-resettler from the Kostanay region than from an average German studies student. And at the same time, a future drug dealer from some Ghana is paid for German language training in a refugee camp.
It is quite possible that among the potential German resettlers there are not so many qualified engineers, computer specialists and nurses (although, I am sure, there are not as few as some dismissively claim). But their children will inevitably become such. That is the law of life! And this will happen with much greater probability than the probability that the river of qualified migrant specialists will change its long-standing course and turn from the USA, Canada and England towards Germany.
