E-commerce and e-banking will require specialists combining the qualifications of an economist, a marketing specialist, and a Web operator. This, in turn, will entail changes in the education system – a 'merger' of specialties, introduction of new training courses, or at least additional education.<\/p>

- The development of telecommunications and computing has expanded the range of banking services and payments for purchased goods. E-sales bring a lot of new things into our lives. For example, recently such a boom has been observed in the sale of precious metals, even the term E-gold has appeared. Currently, the work of any – I emphasize, any! – bank employee is unthinkable without excellent command of computer technologies. And, of course, not just the 'gentleman's set' – Windows, Word, Excel. Our graduates must be ahead – international banking settlement systems, the Internet, databases.<\/p>
Even today, many bank employees have a basic technical education. In the new century, the education system for future bankers must necessarily include mastering the latest computer technologies.<\/p>
Financial analysis, tax consulting<\/strong><\/p>
The total number of taxpayers in Ukraine is about twenty million people. Many of our fellow citizens work abroad, some work two or three jobs, the number of private entrepreneurs is gradually increasing... All these workers are in dire need of completely new services – consulting on taxation and social insurance. For example, in the USA, more than 300 thousand specialists work successfully in this field. On the other hand, with the growth of the well-being of the Ukrainian middle class, there is a need for advice on the proper placement of cash deposits, acquisition of shares, profitable real estate or investments.<\/p>

The lessor was not informed, and Petrova herself did not even suspect the need to pay tax. This violation was discovered when Petrova filed her annual income declaration for the year. The fine was 1,500 hryvnias.<\/p>
A separate issue is consulting private entrepreneurs and enterprises on reporting, tax payment, and optimization of these payments. Not every private entrepreneur can afford to hire a specialist who will keep records, study all laws, decrees, acts, instructions, letters and answer the questions that arise for the employer.<\/p>
Often private entrepreneurs run their own business and report to tax authorities themselves. Mistakes are hard to avoid. Therefore, even now they urgently need competent advice on filling out an income declaration, VAT declaration (if necessary), form N8DR, maintaining a book of income and expenses, as well as advice on structuring their activities so that taxes are optimal.<\/p>
Training technology specialists<\/strong><\/p>
"With constant and radical market changes, the importance of a person's position in an organization decreases, while professional elasticity and the ability to maneuver increase." At least that's what Alvin and Heidi Toffler, authors of the new bestseller "Building a New Civilization", believe. According to their vision, a person's professional development can be compared to climbing a ladder: having climbed one flight, you still have to start the next climb from the lowest step.<\/p>
According to their forecasts, during his lifetime the manager of the third millennium will change his specialization or even completely retrain... six to seven times! Our fathers will sigh, and grandfathers probably won't believe it. A specialist must initially be morally prepared for a constant change of workplace. And this means a constant change of team, priorities, tasks, and even ways of doing business.
