Each option has its advantages and disadvantages. The cheapest option, at first glance, is self-construction of a bathhouse from a ready-made kit provided by the construction company. Each log has its own designation according to the per-row log layout specified in the project. Thus, a small building with several rooms can be assembled even without sufficient experience in constructing buildings from rounded logs. The disadvantage of this method is that by providing the client with a set of timber, the company is not responsible for the quality of the structure and does not guarantee its safe operation.
By ordering a shell of a bathhouse made of rounded logs from a construction company, the customer receives a finished building without interior finishing. After the shrinkage is complete, in 6-12 months, one can proceed with the interior finishing of the bathhouse: paneling the walls of the steam room, equipping shelves, building a stove or fireplace.
