To buy a good phone, you don't have to run to the store
So, what is this store? It is a web resource where you can select and purchase the desired item. That's generally speaking. And a good online store is:
- a site with a well-designed interface and easy navigation;
- illustrations for all products and gadgets;
- the number of products and services, compared to a regular store, is simply amazing;
- a very detailed and clear description so that the buyer does not even have additional questions;
- offering the client a choice of various payment and delivery methods.
Suppose a person decides that he wants to buy a Nokia X6. He goes to the online store's website, where he can fully examine it, read the description, package contents, recommendations, reviews of other people, compare the model with other phones. And place an order.
The phone can come to him by completely different means: it can be courier delivery, cash on delivery, or simply an address where you can go and pick up the desired item. In almost all cases, the customer has the right to check the product on the spot and refuse the purchase, or demand a replacement for a poorly made item.
Many are frightened by the fact that you cannot check the product immediately, before purchase, so as not to waste time. You cannot through the web interface turn an item in your hands, test its strength, feel its weight in your hands, rather than guess from the numbers how many grams it is. This drawback cannot be avoided, but it can be confidently stated that it is the only one.

Also known is the global statistics of online purchases: more than 77% of web users have already made a purchase in an online store, and most of them have become regular customers.
