Regardless of where you go, in addition to higher education and a good resume, as already mentioned, you will need to learn the language of that country. In France, for example, a helper in this matter could be a French language tutor, a native speaker who has been living in Russia for a long time. Or, if you are going to the USA or England, an English language tutor.
When looking for a job, you can use the websites of German companies or browse the labor exchange of the country you want to go to. You can also contact a specialized firm that will prepare your resume and help you establish contact with a potential employer.
After you have gone through all the selection stages and the employer has received permission to hire you specifically, you can apply to the German embassy for a visa. A residence permit will be granted for the period specified in the contract with the employer company. If it is unlimited, then the visa will be issued for 2 years, and then it must be extended. It should also be noted that for the first 3 years, the holder of a work visa does not have the right to change jobs (the name of the company where he works is indicated in the visa). After five years of living in the country, you will have the right to apply for permanent residence in Germany.
