Today many of our compatriots have acquired real estate in Turkey
For example, what does a Russian who wants to acquire foreign square meters do today? He orders a plane ticket, makes a taxi order Moscow (usually the flight is from one of the capital's airports) and flies to the chosen country. To purchase real estate, for example, in Turkey, a potential client or buyer initially only needs to have a passport with them.
Right before the start of the procedure for a profitable purchase of real estate abroad, the passport data must be translated into any language (in this case, Turkish) at a special translation bureau or at the Turkish embassy in Moscow.
Life abroad begins with choosing a property and preliminary review of all documents, then a cash advance of 15 percent of the property's value is paid and a general and preliminary contract is signed. It should be noted immediately that each such property has its own special history in a special register, which ultimately makes it impossible for the seller to hide any problems or shortcomings.
The documents of our compatriots abroad (and citizens of some other states and countries) wishing to purchase good real estate in Turkey are specially accepted at the Cadastre Office provided they have a residence permit for a term of at least six months. After obtaining this residence permit, all documents are submitted to the regional special Cadastre Office for quick receipt of official permission to purchase this real estate. The Cadastre Office specially sends documents to various relevant authorities – for example, the Military Department in Izmir and the Main Local Cadastre Office in Ankara, which must also certify that this land on which the property is built today is not used by the state itself or any military department. The procedure for obtaining this document is quite simple.
After receiving official permission, you visit the Cadastre Office at that location with all your documents, where TAPU is issued – today this is the main document of personal ownership. Before this, an exact and final settlement for the acquired property must often be made between the seller and the buyer of the house. A necessary and important condition when processing all documents involving various foreigners who do not speak the local language (Turkish, for example) is the presence of an official state translator. The presence of the state translator's signature on the contract is a mandatory and important condition for the legitimacy of the ownership contract. After TAPU is handed over to you, you become the full owner of the property.
As we can see, to 'drop anchor' in a foreign country, it is enough to go there and complete the necessary documents. Therefore, if you have already saved the necessary amount, you can order an inexpensive taxi that will take you to the nearest airport. And from there you can go to almost any point in the world that you have specially chosen for yourself.
