Starting a job search, many face the question: how to find a vacancy and where to look? Let's try to answer these questions.

The services of such agencies are usually free for the client — all costs are borne by employers. But practice shows that the opposite actions on the part of such agencies have the main goal of obtaining money from the applicant by any means without providing guaranteed work.
Another option is personal visits to employers. Such a search is usually ineffective, as it takes a lot of time and effort to travel and meet with key figures at enterprises. With this form of communication with a potential employer, no one guarantees that there will be a vacancy for you, or that you exactly fit as an applicant. The most important thing in this type of search is personal contact and the exchange of a business card for a resume hand-to-hand, which in the future may play a significant role in your life.
Which of the proposed job search methods is most optimal for you — it's up to you to choose. You can also use combined tools, considering possible advantages and disadvantages. And this, in turn, will allow you to become successful in life and in demand in the rapidly changing labor market.
