What to pack for a trip (for women)

What to pack for a trip (for women)

Every time you pack for a business trip, a journey, or just a vacation to visit relatives, one question always arises: what to take with you? On the one hand, you want to be comfortable and convenient during the trip, and at the same time, you don't want to lug a heavy bag around. And while the choice of clothing depends on personal preferences, hygiene products should be in a certain set for everyone – to provide complete care for the mouth, facial skin, and hands.

Most often, during vacations, women try to use a minimum of cosmetics, so there is no need to drag along your entire traditional set of cosmetic products – you only need to take the essentials. These are: a moisturizing face cream, an eye cream, and a universal hand cream.

In addition, you need to take sunscreen, even if your vacation will be at a ski resort. Take a cream with UV filter, choose the strongest one, because the sun is active, and you must provide excellent protection for your skin. If you plan evening entertainment, then toss in your makeup bag some subtle eyeshadow, powder, and lip gloss.

After you have decided on decorative cosmetics, you need to think about hygiene products. In your bag, you must definitely make room for a toothbrush, preferably an electric toothbrush. The fact is that it will be more comfortable to use, especially since it provides better care in a shorter time compared to a regular brush. Choose a portable version with extra batteries. Such brushes are designed for use outside the home, they are convenient to take with you on a trip and use. Besides the brush, don't forget toothpaste, choose a universal toothpaste that can fully protect teeth from cavities and gums from inflammation.

There are also some recommendations for people who have very sensitive teeth and gums prone to inflammation. For you, dentists advise to prefer the newest product called an oral irrigator. With its help, you can get an excellent gum massage, clean the interdental spaces, and provide care for crowns, braces, or implants.

Another hygiene product you will need is soap. It is more practical to take a small piece of scented soap; it won't take up much space and, unlike liquid soap, won't leak. Add shampoo to the soap. Take a trusted brand to avoid trouble on the road and to have your hair the way you are used to.

In addition, find room in your bag for deodorant, wet wipes, and sanitary pads.
