Currently, a large number of manufacturers of voltage normalization devices are represented in Ukraine. It is quite difficult for an ordinary buyer to understand why prices for voltage stabilizers with similar characteristics differ by 2-3, and sometimes 4-5 times. Why does this happen?
Reason one — production. Naturally, Chinese stabilizers, including those disguised as Ukrainian and Russian, will one way or another be several times cheaper than domestic ones. This happens due to the use of cheap components, whose service life is significantly shorter. The use of aluminum transformers with a small wire cross-section allows significant savings at the expense of the consumer, but when purchasing, no one will tell you about this; on the contrary, they will assure you of reliability and high quality, which will be the most obvious lie.
Reason two — operating principle. Naturally, the price of a stabilizer with an electronic operating principle will be significantly higher than that of a mechanical one. This is fair, but not in all cases, since on the Ukrainian market there are also Italian stabilizers that operate using mechanics inside the device, but at the same time have impressive characteristics and high reliability.
Reason three — functionality. Good and well-assembled stabilizers operate using microprocessors that have several dozen, and sometimes hundreds, of functions. The presence of a liquid crystal display that shows the main indicators and operating modes of the device.
