MTS reduces roaming tariffs for subscribers

As reported by the mobile operator's press service, in Cuba the cost of outgoing calls and all incoming calls has been reduced by 59%, and in six neighboring countries – Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Georgia – by 44%.

As noted in the statement, Cuba has become another popular country for outbound tourism where, since February 21, 2009, MTS tariffs for roaming have been reduced by more than 10%. Such countries also include Bulgaria, Greece, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Finland, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Turkey, Tunisia, China, Thailand, and others.

MTS also reports a 53% reduction in the cost of SMS when MTS subscribers are in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, and Georgia.
