Another 19th-century building converted into a hotel belongs to actor Richard Gere – he is the owner of The Bedford Post Inn in Bedford, New York.

The list also mentions the Blackadore Caye resort in Belize. Leonardo DiCaprio's hotel will open there in 2018. The actor plans to create a luxury eco-resort, for which he bought an entire island for $1.75 million.

As reported by Lenta.ru, other celebrity hotel owners on the list include Elizabeth Hurley, Robert Redford, Donatella Versace, and Bono.
