In Egypt, beach holidays can be combined with exciting excursions
Some, of course, think about distant islands of the Pacific and Atlantic oceans, which cannot be reached without many hours of flights with transfers. However, the majority still prefer simpler and closer sea resorts, but just as comfortable. And the most ideal among them are the resorts of Turkey and Egypt.
You can, of course, choose your tour operator and destination country long before the planned trip, or you can trust your luck – leave the selection of the tour to the last days. Of course, you risk some of your nerve cells, which will burn out along with the rush for last-minute deals. But you will definitely save on price without losing quality - because many tour operators in the last days before the start of the tour are ready to reduce its cost almost by half if there are still seats on an already paid charter flight and rented hotel rooms.
Without a doubt, at the resorts of Turkey and Egypt it is very pleasant to sunbathe and enjoy swimming in the sea, but you can also find active forms of entertainment here. For example, Turkey will delight you with unforgettable rafting (inflatable boat rafting on a mountain river) and excursions to ancient palaces, mosques, and temples. Few people leave Egypt without seeing one of the seven wonders of the world – the pyramids, without visiting the city of the dead - Luxor, without riding off-road through the sandy deserts of the Sinai Peninsula or the Arabian Desert. Egypt was one of the first to reveal the secrets of its underwater world and offer special deals for tourist trips. The Red Sea with its numerous coral reefs and islands has become a real mecca for both novice divers and those who have been diving for a long time and with pleasure.
Whichever of these countries you go to, do not forget to follow the basic rules:
- always use sunscreen with a high protection factor to avoid spending your entire vacation in a hotel room fighting sunburn. The southern sun will not forgive you for forgetfulness;
- do not neglect headgear – sunstroke has never made anyone happier;
- avoid tactile contact with unfamiliar representatives of local flora and fauna. Local plants, fish, and insects can be poisonous.
