Today, the sale and rental of suburban real estate is a whole range of solutions available to almost every working person. Offers have changed significantly: authorities have calculated that low-rise housing construction in Leningrad Oblast has already exceeded 40%. In the near future, this figure will reach 50%.

The quality of the offer plays a huge role, and owners strive to equip the premises as much as possible to attract potential tenants: vacationers and those staying for several weeks or a month.

The surrounding nature also contributes to this. For houses at a comfortable distance from the capital (up to 50 km), the best places in the most picturesque areas are chosen.
The owners' desire for beauty and comfort is also emphasized by the number of individual design projects being implemented. Even in 'standard' houses in large cottage communities, owners try to use the possibilities of design and architecture to make the buildings unique and individualized.

The main trend is focusing on comfort taking into account natural and climatic features. The modern suburban house is increasingly approaching European canons of suburban life, but in combination with the unique Russian nature, this gives a special, unique effect. In addition, more and more owners understand that investments not only in the beauty of the house and surrounding space, but also in the surrounding nature yield returns – for example, in the form of income from renting out houses in the countryside.
