Elite real estate in Crimea today is at a completely new level. I had a choice: another apartment in Kyiv, a dacha not far from the capital, or an apartment in Crimea. I settled on the last option, namely Yalta, and I do not regret this decision at all.
How I Decided to Buy Property in Yalta
Before buying property in Yalta, I thought a lot and doubted, but only when I entered my future apartment did I realize that I should have taken this step long ago. The view from my window alone is worth it!
I chose the elite residential complex Diplomat. It suited me in terms of price, and besides, I wanted to live a bit away from roads and city noise, so that the air was cleaner, the territory was guarded, and there was a private beach – I got all this for relatively little money. And most importantly, I got the opportunity to settle next to respectable neighbors.

Moreover, I was amazed by the quality of the building. From the elevators to the marble – everything in my new house is of the highest quality. I just can't get used to the fact that such quality of construction exists here – in our Ukraine. And I also can't get used to the view of the azure sea. It is simply incredible! As if it's a beautiful dream and I need to ask someone to pinch me.
After sleep and breakfast at a small restaurant, my wife and I go down to the sea in just a few minutes' walk in the shade of a beautiful Crimean park. To our left is the sanatorium complex of the Verkhovna Rada, where relatives of deputies usually vacation. There is practically no one on the beach, the water, unlike the overcrowded beaches, is extremely clean; from here Yalta is visible.
The developers promise to complete most of the work by the end of the year, because «Diplomat» is a whole complex and several more residential and infrastructure buildings are being built here.
And what would I have gained if I bought another apartment in Kyiv? Eternal wandering between apartments? Moreover, owners of several apartments in one city constantly complain that they don't remember which one they left their phone charger in, which one has their favorite shirt – simply put, an extra headache. I advise all my friends to settle near me and see for themselves – how wonderful it is to go on vacation to your own place in Yalta!
