Attention! The cost of the visa may change at the beginning of the first and second half of the month, depending on fluctuations in the hryvnia exchange rate.

A short-term visa is granted free of charge: to persons under 25 years of age (for CIS citizens), spouses of French citizens, scholarship holders of the French government

For applicants for a long-term student visa, a 50 percent rate is provided.

Documents required to apply for a short-term visa to France

Tourist visa one short-term visa application form (two for non-Ukrainians); one 3x4 cm photo (two for non-Ukrainians); international and national passports; medical insurance valid throughout the Schengen area; original invitation and its photocopy; certificate from place of work, study, or pension certificate, and their photocopies; marriage, divorce (or death of spouse) certificate and photocopy; round-trip ticket; money for the visa according to the current rate in hryvnias.

Official visa one short-term visa application form (two for non-Ukrainians); one 3x4 cm photo (two for non-Ukrainians); international and national passports; medical insurance valid throughout the Schengen area; original invitation on the official letterhead of a company registered in France, with a detailed description of the purpose of the trip, and its photocopy; the inviting party must also send this document to the embassy fax ((044) 229-62-15). certificate from place of work; money for the visa according to the current rate in hryvnias; marriage, divorce, or death of spouse certificate plus photocopy; round-trip ticket.

Documents required to apply for a French long-term family reunification visa

Documents submitted by the relative residing in France commitment to provide maintenance; three latest salary certificates; three latest electricity and telephone payment receipts; latest tax notice; copy of the Ukrainian relative's residence permit; latest rent receipts or document proving home ownership; in certain cases - pre-registration with an educational institution; photocopy of the family record book;

Applicants submit documents in original with three photocopies.

Documents submitted by the applicant

1) six long-term visa application forms;

2) six 3x4 cm photos;

3) international and national passports;

4) birth certificate;

5) parental consent transferring responsibility to the guarantor in France (for minors);

6) certificate of no criminal record (for adults);

7) commitment not to work in France (for adult relatives in the ascending line, whether dependent or not);

8) medical insurance for the first 3 months;

9) money for the visa according to the current rate in hryvnias;

Documents 4), 5), 6), 7) must be certified by a notary, legalized by the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and then translated into French. Applicants submit documents in original with three photocopies.

Documents required to apply for a French long-term student visa and Au Pair visa

Documents submitted by the French citizen confirmation of enrollment in an educational institution in France; advance payment for housing, if it concerns a university dormitory.

If the student will live with a private individual, the latter must provide a commitment letter for maintenance at a level of at least 420 euros per month; latest tax notice; income certificate for the last 3 months; three latest electricity and telephone payment receipts; photocopy of identity document; three latest rent receipts or property document.

Applicants submit documents in original with three photocopies.

Documents submitted by the Ukrainian citizen

1) six long-term visa application forms;

2) six 3x4 cm photos;

3) international and national passports;

4) birth certificate;

5) parental consent transferring responsibility to the guarantor in France (for minors);

6) certificate of no criminal record (for adults);

7) diplomas or certificates held by the applicant;

8) certificate from place of work, if the applicant works;

9) money for the visa according to the current rate in hryvnias;

10) motivation letter.

Documents 4), 5), 6), 7) must be certified by a notary, legalized by the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and then translated into French. Applicants submit documents in original with three photocopies.

Documents required to apply for a French visa for the purpose of marriage

Documents submitted by the French citizen

§ marriage announcement at the French town hall;

§ certificate of no impediment to marriage;

§ three latest salary certificates;

§ three latest electricity or telephone payment receipts;

§ latest tax notice;

§ copy of identity document;

§ the last three rent receipts or a document proving ownership of housing.

Applicants submit original documents with three photocopies.

Documents submitted by a Ukrainian citizen

1) one application form for a short-term visa;

2) one 3x4 cm photo;

3) international and national passports;

4) birth certificate;

5) certificate of no criminal record;

6) money for a short-term single-entry visa for 90 days in hryvnias at the current rate.

Documents 4), 5), and 6) must be certified by a notary, legalized by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and then translated into French. Applicants must submit original documents with three photocopies.
