Unsurprisingly, capital newspapers and specialized Internet sites are filled with advertisements for renting and buying and selling housing. And when it comes to such an important acquisition as real estate, especially in a city with a huge selection, most people, of course, get lost. Therefore, real estate services in the capital are simply necessary.
Some prefer to buy real estate outside the city. This is not surprising, because the Kyiv region attracts buyers with lower prices and the absence of capital congestion and bustle. Nevertheless, the gaze of the majority of potential buyers is directed precisely at Kyiv.
Real estate portals offer a wide selection of options. The city consists of ten districts, and each of them differs from the others. It should not be forgotten that Kyiv is divided into two banks of the Dnieper – right and left. The right bank concentrates the majority of all city enterprises; getting here from the left bank is usually quite problematic. But, accordingly, the left bank is cheaper. The presence of a metro, the number of schools, kindergartens and parks, the absence of huge traffic jams on the roads and overall attractiveness – all these are factors influencing the choice of place of residence.
For example, the Desnyansky district and its famous Troieshchyna have the most affordable real estate prices. The Darnytskyi district is considered the least congested on the roads. The most expensive apartments in Kyiv are located in its very heart – on Pechersk, as well as in quite prosperous suburbs – in the Sviatoshynskyi and Obolonskyi districts.
