How to become a program participant?
First, you need to meet several basic requirements: be between 18 and 45 years old (varies by country); know English at a basic level sufficient for conversation (for Denmark, passing the KET test is also mandatory); have a driver's license.
Some countries also require at least 1 year of farm work experience, letters of recommendation from a previous job, and no criminal record. This needs to be clarified individually.
If you meet these criteria, the next step is to contact ZRFA and submit an application for participation.
Then you will need to discuss all details via Skype or by visiting the office in person, undergo a preliminary interview, sign a contract, and pay for the program.
After that, preparation for the trip will begin: document processing, job and employer search, obtaining a job invitation, obtaining a visa, etc. ZRFA will handle most of these matters, but of course, your participation will also be required.
