Meelis Atonen admitted that many provisions of the law banning smoking, in effect in the country for the third year, are not being fulfilled. Since 2001, Estonia has required separate areas for smokers and non-smokers in restaurants and bars. According to the minister, the coalition has not yet discussed such an initiative, reports DELFI.
