Thus, in Pilsen, a standard three-room apartment is offered today for 2.1 million Czech crowns (?85 thousand), and a one-room studio for 1.2 million crowns (?48 thousand), which is 20% more than in 2006. In Brno, a standard one-room apartment is offered for 1.5 million crowns (?61 thousand) instead of last year's 900 thousand crowns (?36.7 thousand). And in Ostrava, a two-room apartment with a separate kitchen will cost the buyer 1.4 million crowns (?57 thousand) instead of the 700 thousand crowns for which it was offered in January 2007.
