How to check the new Ukrainian passport
The authenticity of a Ukrainian citizen's passport in the form of an ID card can now be verified using special graphics. The Poligrafkombinat "Ukraine" has published information about the security features of the new Ukrainian citizen's passport, according to which the authenticity of the ID card can be checked.
"We strive to meet international standards and create documents for Ukrainians in whose quality and security they will be 100% confident. Information on the security features of the new Ukrainian citizen's passport will allow easy verification of the authenticity of the passport document," emphasizes the manufacturer's representative, Director of Poligrafkombinat "Ukraine" Maksym Stepanov.
The information about the security features of the new Ukrainian citizen's passport lists 17 security elements that allow checking the authenticity of the identification document without additional expert measures. These security elements were used by the manufacturer in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 302 (as amended) of March 25, 2015, which approved the samples and technical descriptions of the new Ukrainian citizen's passport.
