Ukrainian sent to wrong Kyiv

Railway station of the Czech town of Kyjov

As Vinegret.cz reports, the man realized the mistake only when he arrived at his destination. He got off the train and sat in the waiting room for several hours, not knowing what to do next. In the end, local police helped the foreigner.

“The passenger wanted to get from Zlín home to Ukraine, namely to Kyiv. Unfortunately, when buying the ticket, he was misunderstood and sent to Kyjov. Our officers explained the travel route in detail and wrote out a transfer plan,” the police said.

It is worth noting that the distance between Kyjov and Zlín by rail is 60 kilometers, so the detour the Ukrainian made was small.
