Ukraine increases tourist flow to Montenegro

In particular, almost 425,000 tourists arrived from Serbia, spending over 3 million nights in Montenegro; from Russia – 118,000 (902,000 nights); from Bosnia and Herzegovina – 99,000 (805,000 nights). The number of guests from Croatia, Germany, Macedonia, Poland and Austria also increased significantly. In total, tourists from 15 countries visited Montenegro.

At the same time, according to Travel.ru, a noticeable decrease in tourist flow was noted from some countries. Thus, 20% fewer tourists arrived from France, 16% from Italy, 14% from Slovenia, 12% from Albania, 10% from the Czech Republic, and 2.5% from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The most popular vacation spot among foreigners in Montenegro, as before, remains Budva. Here, 516,000 tourists, or 42.8% of the total number of travelers who visited the country, vacationed. In second place in popularity is Herceg Novi, in third is Bar. Next come Ulcinj, Kotor, Podgorica and Tivat.
