Such a view of Moscow can be from the window of your rental apartment
From the perspective of accommodation, Moscow is not a very comfortable city for tourists, as even tourists from developed countries note the high prices of Moscow hotels, especially those located in the central part of the city. Therefore, if you do not consider yourself a wealthy person, you should discard hotels in the city center and turn to alternative accommodation options. Fortunately, the Moscow metro is a fairly fast and convenient mode of transport, so that living on the outskirts of the city does not prevent you from exploring its center.
Many hotels located on the outskirts of Moscow are more affordable in price and quite acceptable in terms of living conditions, except for the lack of VIP services. However, an average tourist does not need such expensive services. Moreover, most of the average tourist's day is spent sightseeing in Moscow, so a hotel room most often interests him as a place to sleep. For this purpose, it is quite possible to rent a room in a hotel on the outskirts of Moscow for a day. Or for several days, if you want to get to know the capital in more detail.
Another option is daily apartment rentals, that is, renting apartments with daily payment. In terms of price, this option is perhaps the most advantageous. And the presence of a kitchen even in one-room apartments allows you, if you wish, to save even more on food by cooking your own meals, as prices in catering establishments in the capital are also quite high.
It must be clearly understood that daily apartment rental services are quite official today. Upon check-in, a contract is signed with the client, and cleaning of the premises is usually done once every three days.
Theoretically, you could stay in Moscow with friends or acquaintances, but this option is hardly worth considering seriously if the visit is for more than three or four days. Otherwise, you and your hosts will soon get in each other's way.
