Asia is, as a rule, sun and beach relaxation during the cold season for us. At the North Pole, perhaps, you can effectively form teams. However, let me tell you, the best trainings are in Brazil. And these are specifically sales and service trainings.
I will not now talk about how good the trainers in this country are (although there are many Russian-speaking specialists in various fields). As a rule, training is ordered in one's own country, it's just an off-site training. But the Brazilians themselves! No matter how many rumors there are about their criminal tendencies – who among us is without flaws? – they are people with amazingly open souls. Often, communicating with the population of this country is a form of service training. Plus, services are provided in most cases completely selflessly.
Miraculously, without knowing any language (Russian does not count), with the help of locals you can easily get where you need to go. Even if it's the other end of the country. Brazilians accurately discern your wishes at the food market, in a store, or when visiting private clinics.

It would be good to spend a couple of days exploring this most important member of the Brazilian family. Rio is São Paulo's sibling, located nearby, and a very comfortable Brazilian bus, reminiscent of business class, will help you get there. Your task: a photo of the huge statue of Christ, which, according to rumors, was given to the city by a migrant who got rich here.
A walk along Copacabana beach – if you want to tickle your nerves. However, the police have already worked hard there, and the danger of falling into the hands of criminals is not as great as it once was. Observe basic safety. 'The city sleeps, the mafia wakes up.' Do not overindulge in night revelry.
2. The Carnival in Rio deserves a separate point. A renowned event, although not everyone is impressed by its excessive merriment. Still, if you get there, pay attention to this stunningly beautiful show.
3. Iguazu Falls. Their width is about three kilometers. Can you imagine the scale? A breathtaking sight, a feeling of freedom and inspiration (which will come in handy for both ordinary tourists and salespeople – visitors of business trainings). If you wish, you can visit neighboring Argentina, it is very close by.
4. Amazonia is pure exotica! The Brazilian world is generally very rich in flora and fauna, and there is even a bird park covering 4 hectares. Pantanal is one of the most biologically rich areas on Earth. It is better to go there in winter, as the terrain is very swampy. Amazonia is the ultimate escape from civilization.
5. Finally, the beaches. From Angra dos Reis surrounded by mountains to São Luís in the warm waters of the São Marcos Bay. There is a place to relax all year round!
