Spain's main delicacy is jamón. This dry-cured ham is a highlight of any self-respecting grocery store. There are two types of jamón: serrano and ibérico. Of course, it is problematic to take a whole pork leg with you, so tourists are offered to buy jamón in vacuum packaging or pre-sliced.
