Applicants must be graduates of German specialized schools from 2006-2009. After passing the competitive selection, the applicant gets the opportunity to enroll in a preparatory college (Studienkolleg) and then complete a full university course at state universities in Germany, or enter a university directly, bypassing the preparatory stage.
As reported by Parta.org, the main condition of the competition is that the candidate must have a language level not lower than Deutsche Sprachdiplom level C1 (DSD C1).
To participate in the competition, the candidate must submit a completed application form, a resume, a letter of intent, a proposed study plan for the chosen specialty, a copy of DSD C1 (for those who took DSD C1 two years ago or later – TestDaF results), a copy of the secondary education certificate, documents confirming English language proficiency (if any), and also take the TestAS on the appointed day.
