Scandinavians are more satisfied with their lives than others<\/em><\/p>
Scandinavians rate their lives a solid eight. Moreover, Denmark has the happiest pensioners. In the age group from 65 to 74, the satisfaction score is 8.6, and in the group over 75, it is 8.4 points.<\/p>
Another happy corner is found in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, whose residents rate their lives slightly above 7.5 points. The situation in Germany is not much worse, where the figure is 7.3 points. At the same time, the most satisfied here are residents aged 16 to 24 (7.6) and over 75 (7.5). The least satisfied group is those aged 50 to 64 (7 points).<\/p>
According to Russkaya Germaniya, the Balkans hold the title of the unhappiest region in the European Union. In Bulgaria, the satisfaction score is 4.8 points, meaning most residents are rather dissatisfied with their lives to some extent. Among Bulgarians over 75, this figure is as low as 3.8, which is the lowest value among all age groups and countries. Residents of Greece and Cyprus rate their lives at 6.2, and Croatia at 6.3 points.<\/p>
