All rates of rental conditions: insurance, delivery and return location, availability of additional equipment, rental period are always specified in the contract.
After placing an order, the driver receives:

– a full tank of gas;
– a car clean both inside and outside;
– a contract.
Returning the car one hour later than the time specified in the agreement is charged as an additional day of rental.

You may be provided with a car of that class, but a completely different one. There are no particular age restrictions, but they also range from 21 to 25 years old.
Traveling to other countries or regions is possible with permission from the company's administration. Some companies strictly prohibit entry into certain areas of our country, as well as abroad. These conditions are always stated in the contract. When renting a car, be vigilant, check it for damage before and after the rental period.
