Growth of new buildings
Just in the past year, the number of new buildings in the capital of Russia increased by 48%. Experts note that even today many new projects are being implemented in Moscow, which will be in demand by buyers in the future.
The most in demand currently are business-class apartments – this segment accounts for approximately half of the market. Despite economic difficulties, the average price growth for business-class apartments is at least 10%.

Low prices
Despite the fact that the average cost per square meter of economy-class housing is constantly rising (by an average of 5% or more), taking into account inflation at 6-8%, we can say that apartments in Moscow are falling in price. The decrease in real estate prices has affected districts such as Northwestern Administrative Okrug, Northern Administrative Okrug, and Southwestern Administrative Okrug. However, in the Western Administrative Okrug, apartments are gradually becoming more expensive. Thus, the cheapest apartments can easily be found in the Ivanovskoye, Babushkinsky, and Izmailovsky districts of the city, as well as near the Pechatniki and Tekstilshchiki metro stations.
Growing demand for elite real estate
This year, the implementation of elite real estate projects continues in Moscow. Last year, fifteen such projects were built in the capital; this year their number is unlikely to be smaller.
Elite new buildings in the Moscow region, including country houses and cottages, are also popular.
