Ryanair may launch flights without checked baggage

As Travel.ru notes, the airline hopes to reduce the turnaround time of its aircraft in this way. The first such flights are planned to be launched in October. These will be flights mainly with business passengers traveling on business trips and having little baggage. Regular flights will also operate on the same routes.

Earlier, the company announced that it would refuse transportation and would not refund money to anyone who arrives for boarding on any flight with excess hand luggage. Ryanair explained these measures by a desire to board quickly and adhere to the schedule, the precise execution of which is critical for it. The airline's business relies on quick aircraft turnaround, often spending just half an hour on the ground from landing to takeoff.
