In general, everything is the same as in your home country. A little less comfortable because you have to speak a non-native language. But that's why preparation is needed. Language is the first thing; without language knowledge, you won't get a decent job.
Well, imagine: would you want to cooperate with a person with whom it is impossible to communicate? Of course, you would only assign them the most primitive tasks. Serious tasks always require discussion, explanation, and if a person does not understand simple expressions, then all that remains for them is to sweep, wash floors, take out the trash. Even working as a foreman on a construction site would be difficult, because you need to clarify dimensions, shapes, discuss design solutions, read drawings.

Do not rush to travel if you are not confident in your language skills. Stay in your home country for a couple of extra months, but learn the language. Then all other issues will be resolved very easily. The infrastructure there is well developed, the legal framework is excellent, a person has many rights and freedoms. People will be happy to resolve issues with you if you can articulate them. But you will limit yourself in all these advantages if you do not know the language.
