Online games, beer, and the beach are, of course, great, but only if all that does not interfere with the calm performance of your job duties. By retaining your position in an office in your home country, you can perfectly perform your job duties via the Internet.
There is no need to elaborate that such an approach is ideal for journalists, photographers, designers, programmers, and many other people for whom freelancing is suitable. However, the list of possible positions is not limited to this: via the Internet, you can sign documents, conclude contracts, conduct negotiations… By the way, do not think that after moving to faraway lands you will never see your direct management in your life.
